My name is Jeroen and I am the South West Australian account manager for Domain in Perth. Having started only recently it has already become apparent that there is little knowledge and skills in the Perth Real Estate Sector for developing and optimizing productive websites that actually work for your business instead of occupying space without being noticed.

This blog is purely for the purpose of providing Automation for real estate Agents in Perth, Australia and globally with some easy tools, tips and suggestions on how to promote their Real Estate Agency and themselves as agents on the World Wide Web.

Regardless of product, most consumers will turn to the web to research their needs before making contact. Starting point for most is Google. From here a simple search for Real Estate in Perth will be refined over and over until they find exactly what it is they are looking for. Whilst researching they will “Google” a variety of keywords including business description, location and region, property types and agents.

How will they find you? Keep reading and follow a few of my suggestions. I will not make you any guarantees but I will be very surprised if your online presence has not increased within 6 months.

I have created my Blog, now what? – Article Suggestions

So you’re blog is up and running, you’ve got a great URL and a catchy title that incorporates all your keywords. So start posting articles!

It’s important to stay relevant in your articles. try not to post content outside of the following three points of relevancy:

Your Industry

Your Community

Your Self

Here are some suggestions:

Real Estate in your area – Basic statistics and facts about real estate in your local community.

General Real Estate – Trends, Markets, Your perception and prediction of the future.

Your Listings – Let’s face it, you can never give your listings enough publicity. Just make sure that your blog does not become a portal for your listings, readers will lose interest very quickly.

Local Area – Climate, Lifestyle, Recreation. Let readers know that you are familiar with your community.

Places of interest – Tourist Attractions, Markets, Historic monuments.

Local Schools – How many? Primary schools, high schools, colleges, universities.

Community centres – Churches, Scouting, Day care centres.

Local Shops – Major stores, specialty stores, restaurants, fast food outlets.

Local Sporting Clubs – Publish results, fixtures, stories.

These are a few suggestions. Don’t feel like you have to write about everything at once. write 1 or 2 articles a week.

Remember, It’s all about generating interesting, relevant content that potential buyers and sellers will search for in search engines.

Great Australian Morning Tea with Peard Wright in Rockingham

Today the cancer foundation organised the Great Australian Morning Tea. In Rockingham, Peard Wright were happy to participate and cordially invited me to help out with some cakes. The morning was a great success and the money raised goes to a fantastic cause.

A big thanks go out to Graeme and Joanne at Peard Wright Real Estate in Rockingham for their fantastic support.
